My right ear bud stopped working all of a sudden and i already tired reset.
It has nothing to do with connectivity and the right bud is still dead.
I tired to chat with the customer service and you guys aren't even available at 1:00 PM MT (USA)
I purchased this from Amazon Jaybird 20/03/2019, so i still have warranty.
Hope someone (real person) with non-standard answers can attend to this and direct me to the product replacement.
