    I am having the same problem. This started just today. The green light is on while the headphones are on the charger but when I take them off the charger, I can’t even turn them on. It’s like the battery is completely shot.

    I have the same issue. Just started on 2/25 after recharging my x4 from a 20% battery life. Used them for a short run (30 minutes), powered off for maybe 30-45 minutes and wouldn't turn back on when I got to the gym the same day. Is it odd we all have this happening within the same week?

    I tried doing the soft reset, by charging briefly & green light comes on, but x4 will not turn on afterwards. Attempted a hard reset (holding power btn for 5-8 seconds for red/green led flash then dbl tap power btn - no joy on red/green led.  Seems the power button is not working/responding.  Looking for further help and hoping JayBird has a fix.

    Hi guys, I have contacted Jaybird & they are sending a replacement, I’d do the same if I were you if you’re still under warranty, good luck!

    Update on end: I contacted JayBird Support and after some back and forth and supplying a copy of my proof of purchase (receipt) they sent me a new pair. Just got them in yesterday and all is well. Went for a run last evening and no issues with the new set. Jaybird's only have a 1-yr limited warranty so if you are outside of that you'll need to buy new headphones. If you do not have a copy of the receipt, reach out to whoever you bought it from and they can send you digital copy to use, it's what I had to do. Overall, I am pleased with the Support experience.
