Over the course of the past week I have contacted Jaybird twice through 'Contact Jaybird Support' page but as of yet had no response.
I received a replacement set of Jaybird Tarah Pro headphones in September 2019 after the rubber seal on the buttons began peeling away from the control unit on the original set I purchased back in June 2019. The same is now happening with the replacement set of headphones. As a warranty issue, can another replacement set of headphones be issued or am I eligible for a refund?
Any advice or help would be appreciated.
