Can you clarify how the buds are faulty? Is the issue related to connection or power? Please provide a more detailed description. Hopefully, this is something we can fix through troubleshooting.As for the replacement, I believe you can use a Jaybird Run XT with a Run bud.

The sound on the left earbud is not as loud and doesn’t have the bass of the right (the music sounds far away). The sound is also crackly and distorted. The connection is fine and there is sound coming out of it. I think it may be something loose inside the bud itself (wiring/part)?
Are there plans to re-stock the Run earbuds in Australia soon?
If I am to get a Run XT bud as a replacement; can I please get confirmation that it will work with the Run bud. And will the Run XT bud fit and charge in my existing Run charging case?
