Since Dec 2019 dealt with Elaine from support - she left.
Bruce replied via Community he would deal with it from here.
Then Vicente from support said he would assist me.
then he referred it to a higher power and said he would get straight onto it late January.
its now 11th Feb.
Battery still not charging adequately and I had to take numerous photos of vistas and the purchase receipt as proof of purchase!
i am hitting brick walls
