I bought a pair o Jaybird Tara Pro 4 months ago and can say that I was very imprested by the sound quality and battery life.
Unfortunately the problem started 2 weeks ago when the silicon cover of the control buttons started to peel off without any reason. As soon as I noticed this I contacted Jaybird support trying to solve my problem. I had a fast reponce from them asking for more details conserning my problem. As soon as they realised that I bought the earbuds from Coolblue store in Brussels they told me to contact the specific store since the warranty is not international and they cannot do anything to solve my problem!!! Thats Jaybird support!!!!
I contacted Coolblue store reporting my problem (btw I live in Cyprus and I bought the earbuds during a short travel that I had in Belgium) and they told me that the have to check the problem. The funny thing with them is that if I send them by mail my earbuds they cannot ship them back to me because they dont have international shipping!!!!
Thats the FAKE Jaybird warranty!!! Honestly, at the end they dont worth the money that I payed!!! I gave 160euros for a pair of earbuds and both of them have an excuse not to solve my problem. I will never ever buy again Jaybird and I recommend not you either!!! Try to buy earbuds from more responsible and customer friendly brands, there are a lot!!!!
