I have had these buds for about three weeks, brand new. I have been very careful so they have not been damaged physically. I have tried all the solutions, factory reset, hard reset, and checked to make sure the firmware is up to date. I have an iPhone and am running on iOS13.3.1. I have also tried using the earbuds with other devices and the issue persists. It's not an issue with fit or blockage either.
