Tarah Pro Stopped Working

    Hi Stewart,

Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

Yes, the following steps are recommended:

    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

I am experiencing the same thing at my end - no able to charge it on various USB  receptacles connections

when connecting headset  to cradle ,  I do not see the light of the headset base pulsating .     I just sent jaybird  tech support an e-mail and hope for a resolution.

yes the manual states that.  I  just checked all  apple USB power  adaptors = all are label with an output of 5V = 1A

Here is the kicker,  if one is on the GO !! I bet far few are  double checking if a USB port made available on the road/anywhere has the right manufacturer frequency output .

I wonder if I just get a new " jaybird charge cradle and cable accessories",  will it solve the problem or is the entire head set  out of commission?  time to troubleshoot at my end , I guess.

    thanks for engaging jaybird community.
