    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Your buds come pre-charged out of the box. However, the battery on it might be depleted. We recommend charging both buds before using them for the first time.

    Once charged and to further test, please connect your buds to a different device or a device with a different OS.
