Left Earbud Unresponsive
My left earbud has stopped working and won't even turn on.
These are the unsuccessful steps I've taken to far to troubleshoot the issue; I've tried charging the buds with multiple different charging methods and cables. I've made sure the case an bud fit and close properly and that there is no debris blocking the charging contacts. I've factory reset the buds. And I've attempted to re-connect the left bud following the steps in this link https://www.jaybirdsport.com/en-us/run-faq.html#leftbud .
I've contacted support and haven't heard anything back.
Is there any way to get my left bud working again? Or is it dead?
