    Thanks for your response. These were a gift, but turns out purchased more than 30 days ago. I am in the position of having brand new earbuds that apparently have a defect. I see in the community forum that I am not the first to have this issue. I would like to send back these unusable ones in exchange for a pair that works. Can you please tell me how to do that?
