I ordered a replacement earbud only to receive an email stating that the order was cancelled for particular reason other than "other". I put the order through again because I really wanted a pair and no customer service was available. I receive a confirmation email and that prompted me to check my bank account. Apparently you guys charged me twice. Please sort this issue out as soon as possible. I want to be able to recommend this brand to other people. At the moment I cannot.
