    Please observe the buds to further isolate the issue, you can connect the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS. 

    The volume limit of your buds depend on the app and device that you're using. Please note that in some phones/devices, there is a limit for the max volume you can listen to as a safety feature.

    In some cases, the volume on the device is independent to the volume on the buds. You can try different equalizer settings in the Jaybird App or on your phone. Another thing we can check is if the buds are both clean and free of debris. Check the voice prompts if they are of the same volume on both sides.

    I tried the above methods but the problem still persists.I still can't hear the sounds clearly from one bud
