     Please confirm if you're using a Bluetooth receiver/dongle or just the Surface Pro's built-in Bluetooth. Also, I'd like you to isolate the issue with a different device or a device with a different OS.

    Hey Jaybird_Bruce,

    I am using the built in surface pro bluetooth (Intel wireless 21.60.0.4). I think I am isoloating it to maybe only Microsoft teams. It seems to only happen during our team calls wich can last 30min - 1hr. They seem to disconnect after about 10 min. I am starting to think that the headphones dont know they are in use so they are going to sleep after what it thinks is idle time. I cant seem to repliacte on my phone (andriod) or using other aplications on my surface pro which is super strange. Is there an idle off timer built in? Or is this something I could change? Not sure where to change as there is not a windows app for headphone settings. Let me know your thoughts.
