Jaybirds wont show up in my bluetooth settings.

    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    There are several factors at play when you encounter such a scenario. One is the difference in Bluetooth version, the source device (phone or computer) may have a lower Bluetooth version than that of the device you're attempting to connect---we can confirm this with Frank's experience wherein he is unable to pair the X4 with his phone but it works with his sister's.

    Another is the number of devices your Bluetooth list can remember. You can try and delete some of the listed devices in your Bluetooth list or restart your phone/computer prior to attempting to re-pair. You can power off your phone, leave it on an off state for at least ten (10) seconds before you power them back on.

    Exactly the same happened to me today. I can connect it to my sisters phone, but it wont show up at the bluetooth settings on my phone
