I have the X2's & X4's and I have lost all of the tips and the wings for both pair now. It is one of the most frustrating things to have happen when you are spending north of $100 for earbuds. The sound and waterproofing are what keeps me coming back but I absolutely cannot shell out $20 more for each set of replacements. I purchased the Tarah's for my wife and they do not have the same issue because of a nicely placed notch that seems to keep the one-piece tips in place. I did just purchase a pair of the Tarah's for myself (today 1/26/2020) on sale to hold me over. If Jaybird would send me some replacement tips and wings for my X2's & X4's, you will absolutely have a customer for life. Otherwise, I will have no other choice but to find a new brand to be loyal to (and I really want to get the Vistas but not if the problems persist).
