Left earbud has stopped functioning

    I'd like to ask if you have tried to check the buds, make sure they're clean and free of debris. Also, if you get voice prompts on both buds.

    Hi Bruce,

    Thank you, I have checked inside, they are clean, no debris, I also tried to reset them as I don’t hear any voice prompts in both earbuds - only in the right earbud, not sure what to do...
