    Hello Fahad,

    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Sorry for any confusion. Please make sure to connect the buds via Bluetooth first. You can find the pairing instructions below:

    1. Place both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.

    2. Open the charging case and press and hold the case button until the case LED starts blinking white.

    3. On your Bluetooth audio device, go to Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is enabled. 

    4. Select ‘Jaybird Vista’ in the list of discovered devices. Once connected, the white case LED will turn off.

    You can further isolate the issue by connecting the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS.

    Hi Bruce

    Still not working I can make you a video if you want I tried every single step you have on your website and still don't work what should I do I tried ios and 2 android smartphones and laptop the vista doesn't appear on bluetooth.
