So recently I bought jaybird vista from your website I think 2 months ago and I had it 2 days ago from ship4less, if you don't know what is this it's a company that collects all the things you buy from USA then send it to you and I'm from saudi Arabia. so my buds won't connect to my smartphone or pc or iPhone, this happened when I downloaded the jaybird app and it was installing new update then update stopped and app telling me that (something went wrong ), since that it would not pair to anything and I followed all the Instructions you have on your website and still not working, I was so excited to use my new vista and this happened. Please give me a solution. I have a picture of my order
