Right bud has no sound

    Having the same issue right now with my left ear bud. Not sure what the issue is, going to contact support tomorrow

    I just I just got mine and having the same problem. First it was left and I did hard reset and now it’s the right. There is power, but no sound and it only recognizes left earbud

    I spoke with Jaybird yesterday and was about to exchange mine, but I tried one last thing. I took the earbud out of the case that wasn’t working and did a reset with the app open holding down the button in the case until it blinked and then press it twice until it turns purple. It then updated the firmware and has worked great since. I believe it is all related to a firmware update

    Same happening to me here, had it since september and now the sound in the right bud gave out. Think its an internal problem.
