I bought this unit 3 months ago and really liked it for a while and now it has stopped working properly. As soon as it connects to any of my devices it automatically shuts off. This has been extremely frustrating. I have tried everything to reset them as per the Jaybird guide as well as forgetting the device on the bluetooth menu and paring with the app. Still no luck. I see that i am not the only one this is happening to. The trouble for me is that I bought them at a Sound Balance store in the airport and they threw away the packaging for me as i was boarding a plane. They will not take items back w/o the original packaging. I suppose this is a directive taught by corporate to not have to replace items for consumers. Please advise what I can do as they were quite an investment for me and were recommended over Apple Beats which I went into the location to buy. The sales person worked hard to convince me to get these instead. Thank you
