    The buds were purchased at Best Buy. If it is outside of the 30 day window for them, what are my options with you?

    I have had 3 pairs and they all did this. First replaced due to crackle, 2nd due to rubber coming off and pair 3 has just died an will not switch on or charge. Even when they were."working" as well as the crackle the would freeze often and require.a soft reset (plugging into charger).

    Very unhappy with this product.
