So I got a pair of RUN XT that I need support on. But it turns out there is no way of getting support?
Problem with the buds is static noise and I've tried everything on forums without any results. Tried soft reset, hard reset, installing latest firmware, connecting to different phones with different OS. Nothing works. I've got a pair of Vista as well so I know theres not suppose to be a really loud static noise in the buds as soon as they get media from the phone. So whats up?
So over to the Jaybird supportfunctions:
Chat - never available
The contact form on the webpage - Returns an error saying its under contruction
Calling the swedish support phone number - redirect me to an english logitech support line
The bonus is that more or less all support links on your webpage return 404 error message. I'm pretty sure most links work on th EN-US part though
While your Vista buds are really excellent, I am really struggeling to find the Jaybird support functions as very serious at the moment. What is the next step in this hassle?
