    Please check if your buds are set as the default output for media audio on your phone/device settings. You can further check if this happens on a particular device or all the devices the X4 is connected to. A good indicator when testing is if you hear the sound coming out of your phone/computer's speakers.

    I’ve tried connecting to my computer and the result is the same with a reset. I can only hear sound or music in the left bud....
