Tarah Pro 3 months immediately turns off after turn on

    Thanks for this and the email follow up!

    I already contacted the sg service center and got the replaced product. Thanks!

    When I went to the service center in Singapore, there are two customers there to change the exact same product(Tarah Pro). It says something, I think the product got serious issue, I recommend to consider to reproduce/redesign it.

    Hope there is no more issues with the new one.

    Hi there,

    Can't believe I have to write this again!!

    The new Tarah Pro that I got 2 months ago is not properly working again -

    1. Sometimes it makes constant noise and won't stop.

    2. I used it for a video call, it works well for about 10 mins and suddenly I cannot hear anything(i checked it is connected ). So i turn it off and reconnected it, still cannot hear anything. 

    Can you contact your sg service center and ask them to replace the product for me again!?

    This is ridiculous.
