    Hello John,

Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

Kindly confirm if you have tried the following:

    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2.5 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

I've tried all of this. When I am charging it the green light is on so I'm assuming it is fully charged but when I take it off charge, it won't switch on.

    Thanks

    John

I had the same thing happen to mine this week.  They were at 40% charge when I put them on the charger over 24 hours ago. I put them on today and the said charge me and powered off. I put them on the charger, got a rapid blinking red light for a few seconds and that was it. no charging.

I have tested multiple known working USB cords and hubs and from the PC as well. All give the same result.  I tried the 8 button workflow on some of the other posts and that was useless.

Really disappointing to spend that much for headphones that last 1 year.
