    Sorry for any confusion. Please confirm if you're updating the buds using the Jaybird App. I tried this on my end and I cannot seem to replicate this issue. Can you send a screen capture when you encounter this issue?

    Thanks Bruce for your response.
    I tried to respond to the email but the email response didn't work.
    I dont know how to attach photos to this response.
    This is what I get when using the jaybird ap, from Google play store.
    I am unable to use any ap functions as the ap wants me to update firmware first.
    Its a shame i cant use the ap.
    And both phone and earbuds arw fully fully totally charged too.
