Hi Support/ Community.
I am on my second pair of Tarah Pros. I haven't been able to connect to my Macbook Pro (2016) with either of the pair as they won't show up as available Bluetooth devices. There seems to be no proper answer from Support for this issue though similar questions have been asked in the community.
Has anyone found a solution to this or do you have an email that I can directly get in touch with support?
I have no problems connecting the earbuds to my Galaxy 7 and I have made sure the phone Bluetooth is disabled when trying to find the Tarah Pro on my Macbook.
Does the Tarah Pro connect to Macbook Pro at all?
