I've had replaced my sets of earbuds 3 TIMES in the last year because of this problem - thats $60! My tips continuously slide off the metal bud and get stuck in my ear while running - and I clean them every time I work out. Does Jaybird offer a trade-in program for a non-faulty or updated product? I've only seen unhelpful responses to all other question around this talking about fit of the earphone, not helpful! I'm ready to buy a new pair of BOSE because of this issue! Stay away from these earphones! Great sounds but faulty product!
