    First, let me confirm that the buds can be paired---you mentioned that there is no sound only to the left bud, does this mean you can connect and hear from the right bud without any issues?

    Also, I'd like to ask if you have tried all the kinds of resets, you can find the complete list of resets (soft, hard and factory reset) here:

    If they're still undiscoverable, you can try to restart your phone/music devices prior to pairing.
