    My left earbud won't charge. My daughter has the same earbuds and her right earbud will  not charge. These earbuds have been a problem right from the start. Given the price, I would expect much better performance.

    Im having the same problem too.
    My jaybird run cannot connect to any of my device. It been 6 month not using this ear phone. What a waste. I really hope jaybird can do something with this. This earphone i bought is not cheap. Its malaysia ringgit 800.00!

    I’m having trouble connecting my ear buds to my phone. No matter what I do, they just will not connect. I only had this problem when I got my new iphone.
