I just bought a Tarah Pro. I wasnt able to try it at the store though, because im boarding plane.
Here are a few issues i encountered on the day i finally opened and checked it, and this is a new unit.
1. Unstable connection
- connects and after a minute or so it turns off or it disconnects.
- volume decreases automatically then turns off the unit
- i tried all Resets as stated on your support page but issues continues.
- Turns off automatically
- jump to next or previous songs after a few seconds of playing
2. Battery charge
- sometimes it charges, sometimes its not
3. Non responsive buttons sometimes
Please help. This is my first Jaybird product.
