    Heres an update. Restored faith on Jaybird products and support.

    After a series of email exchanges through their support. They sent me a new/sealed unit under warranty.

    Tested it, and it worked in a snap!!! 

    Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it.

    Looking forward going to the gym with my new travel buds!
