I got a set of x4 back in july, during december it stopped working, as they have an unresponsive earphone and after that it stopped working at all, I contacted Support area and I did all they recommended with no success. I sent all the information to activate the warranty but since december 27 there is no reply after several emails I sent, in the last email received from Jaybird support they told that a new unit will be sent and in at most 72 hours they were going to send the confirmation and shipment tracking number, and here I am still waiting for that email.
First of all I do not recommend to buy any product from Jaybird as considering the price vs the duration the cost is too high.
Second, the support area is useless, they ask for information and they suddenly stop replying and leaving customers totally unattended.
Certainly I will not buy any of your products anymore as I never had a pair of earphones that were dead in less than 6 months, even with the cheapest I ever bought.
