    Can you try and restart your device/s prior to re-pairing? It would also help if you can test connection/pairing with a different device or a device with a different OS.

    Hello back!
    I tried to restart my device, to connect it with another mobile, to my PC, to my Mac, tried to update it by the app firmware update assistant for the jaybird freedom 2. While updating, I get the error2.10.

    I appreciate the update.

    I am afraid that error is quite generic. Is it possible for you to include an image that shows the error?

    At this time, the firmware update is not required, so it's safe to skip that part and focus with the basic connection troubleshooting.
