My right earbud is not working at all on my Tarah Pro's after only using them for 6 months. I've had a good look through your forum and it seems this is a pretty common problem, it seems your product is maybe not as robust as you claim, thats a shame because compared to my previous headphones (Bose Soundsport) the fit is so so much better for running, my primary use. Please DO NOT reply with a generic response saying to do a factory reset. I have tried this twice now and it doesn't work. Also I have completed an update earlier today on the app which didn't help. If there is any other way of fixing this problem then please let me know. Otherwise I would like to know how to receive a refund, (I'm not interested in a replacement set if this is a common problem which will re-ocur). Kind Regards,
