I've seen multiple posts on this subject and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes with Jaybird support for someone to answer the phone, I'm posting here.
My X4's which are about 3 weeks old, stopped working during a run (fully charged) and then became unresponsive. Putting it in the charger generates a solid green. They never become responsive. I've tried resetting but can't because they are unresponsive.
I will give Jaybird until Friday to resolve this otherwise they are going back to the store and I will be sure to provide necessary feedback.
