    I have the same rubber issue.

     

    Huge fan of Jaybird, had the X2 and X3's and now the tarah pro, first time i have an issue with the quality of the build. 

    I would also like to access the contact form,

    Could someone give a hand?

    Bought a Jaybird Tarah Pro in Taiwan. Keep disconnecting and asked for warranty. But customer support

    Mahalakshmi Satyan asked me to go to China to have it replaced. Like WTF????? Will never buy a Jaybird again. Poor customer support.
