Received a new pair of Tarah Pro earphones and have been troubled with issues ever since.
The device automatically turns off almost everytime they are used; sometimes after 1-2 seconds, other times after 5-10 minutes of use.
On top of this, the battery charge is inconsistent. The white charge light, more often than not, will blink rapidly suggesting no charge is being recieved(?).
I have tried resetting the device when the issues occur however nothing changes.
These issues are extremely frustrating as a fan of Jaybird products (previously used the x4 for over a year with with rarely any issues).
Help would be greatly appreciated
