My Jaybird X3 Sport Bluetooth Headphones' cables started to rip near earpieces and on both sides of the controller. Left earpieces stopped working already and I am only able to hear from right one. I attached the photos below.
I purchased my Jaybird from Amazon.com.
I will be more than happy if I could somehow get this repaired or replaced? I love my Jaybirds and wish to be able to use them again. But I also have concerns that the same problem will happen even if I purchase the new X4's as they have the same design details.
