I'd like to know how to make use of the 30 days guarantee, I bought my tarah pro from best buy 4 days ago and they are not working anymore. The second day I used them the battery percentage on the app and on my phone marked "null". After that they turned off and don't charge anymore
I charge them for 2 hours and when I turn them on, the "Battery low, please charge" message sounds and immediately they turn off. This happens regardless of how long or how many times I charge them. Yet sometimes they charge up to 40%, after that they either turn off with the "Battery low" message or they decrease in charge, in matter of seconds and turn off, even when connected. I used them just a couple of times and I’m pretty sure I’ve taken care of them, it’s been only 4 days, furthermore, this is the third jaybird product that I have bought, meaning that is not my first time using the Tarah pro, so it seems pretty clear to me that this is a product malfunction.
Additionally, I've tried soft, hard and factory reset, I also tried charging it in different places and even with a charging cable from another tarah pro and nothing changed.
I’ve had a really good experience with jaybird products before so please let me know how can I solve this problem or what can I do next.
