Does anyone know if I can get a refund for my headphones? I had purchased the X4 headphones brand new from amazon around December of 2018. In May of 2019 they stopped charging. Jaybird was nice enough to send me a replacement set (which I have babied since I got them) but now this new set of X4 have now stopped turning on after 7 months!! I expected way better quality for what I paid for. In the end, the jaybird customer support is top notch but the quality does not match the price. I’m sick of having to contact customer support.
