    I am having the same exact issue. I got these for Christmas and the first time I used them (after charging for 2 hours as was directed) a 4mi run (~38 minutes) rendered them to 80%. Then, upon turning them off (even if I had messed that up I have the settings toggled to turn off automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity), and turning them on again a couple of days later, they were completely dead. I charged them for another 2 hours, then turned them on the next day, and they were already done to 49% having not been used AT ALL since the 2hr charge the day prior. There is clearly something faulty with the headphones.
