Jaybird x3 left ear not working

    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Please try the following troubleshooting steps as listed here:

    -Check your buds, make sure they're clean and free of debris.

    You can also do a reset as listed here:

    1.Make sure your buds are powered off.
    2.From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green. 
    3.Double press the power button. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset. 

    NOTE: When you reset your buds, you will lose any saved presets and any saved devices on the paired list. You’ll need to repair your buds to your Bluetooth device. Please observe the buds to further isolate the issue, you can connect the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS.

    Hello Bruce,

    I have tried to reset and this didn’t work either. There is no sound coming out the bud.
    Please how can we move forward? Regards
