We bought the Jaybird x3 just under 2 years ago, but buds have been playing up for a few months though. now Left ear has ceased completely and is not working. It's disappointing as it is an expensive item and hoped to get more use out of them than 2 years! Before this was very pleased with them, but now wouldn't repurchase!
Have tried restoring and troubleshooting as explained on this website.
Anyway we could look in to fixing the problem or replacing item?
