Jaybird Tara Pro not connecting with Jaybird app

    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Please note that the buds need to be connected via Bluetooth before you can connect it to the app. Can you uninstall and re-install the Jaybird App? You can test this out further by connecting your buds using a different phone or tablet or a device with a different OS.
