I see the posts, dozens dating back 4 months to the product launch. You give the same stupid, garbage response each time. Clearly, you just don't give a shit about the high rate of complete failure of your product. Either you're incapable of fixing it, or decided that it's not cost effective to do so. Either way, you're losing long term customers (this was my 5th, but definitely last pair of Jaybirds) I look forward to watching your company decline and fail in the future.
