I bought a pair of jaybird tarahs less than a month ago. Have worked great untill today. I was out on a walk just now when the audio of the podcast I listened to just got cut off without notice. It was fully charged when i walked out so it cant have had less than 80% when it suddenly died. At first i thought it paused somehow so i unpaused and realised the audio now came from my phone instead. When i tried to reconnect it didn’t work. And the light that shows up when connecting wasn’t there. I tried restarting my phone and put on and of Bluetooth multiple times untill i realised the light was out. My guess it that the battery died since it doesn’t give out any signs of life. Now when i charge it it doesn’t give out the charging signal. I do not understand why though. I treat it with good care and only charge from via my macbook air because i heard it was safer. I have never used it around water and i do not put it on pockets or bags since i just use it at home and on my walks. The first reason i came up with was that it was cold out. (0°c) but on second thought that couldn’t have been it because i had id around my neck and i have long hair so it is pretty warm back there. And if it was the cold shouldn’t it have lost power faster instead of working fine one second and the next just dead. I feel like this is unfair because the were new and i have treated them with care. Is there anything i can do?
