I got my 2 Tarah Pro and 1 X4 unit first week of November 2019. 1Tarah unit is discharging even when it is turned off it would not last for 2 days fully turned OFF. which is not happening to other Jaybird units i got. I have the latest firmware, use laptop to charge my earphones and made sure i change only when it wants to be charged. i want this unit to be replaced. I'll give you all the details you needed.
BTW, I have reached you through FB messenger and sent 3 request from here:
but i never got any response from 3 weeks , don't make a good product go to garbage because of poor support.
Please advice for the next step, how to I send this back to you I got this from Singapore but i live in Philippines which I know Tarah pro is not yet available in our region.
