    Hi Riley,

I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Vista stopped working.

Please note that Jaybird Vista are designed to handle rain, mud, and outdoor adventures.

Jaybird Vista earbuds are not designed for swimming, showering, or exposure to pool or ocean water. Please note that Bluetooth does not transmit in water.

In the case of exposure to salt- or chlorinated water, rinse the earbuds gently with fresh water and air dry before using them. The charging cradle is not water resistant, so please ensure your earbuds are completely dry before charging.

With all due respect Bruce you have 2 statements of the website that contradict each other...

    1. https://www.jaybirdsport.com/en-au/jaybird-support/jaybird-vista/faq/general/is-jaybird-vista-waterproof.html

Says you cannot swim with them,

On this page it says and I quote:

Q: Can you swim with these?

A: These buds are IPX7 certified so you can take them swimming! That said, there is some limitations with Bluetooth in being able to transmit through water. We can't in good conscience promise a good experience while swimming as the audio may cut in and out based on that limitation in the technology of Bluetooth. For care/cleaning we'd recommend giving your buds a good rinse with fresh water if they are ever exposed to salt water or chlorine and letting them completely dry prior to putting them back in the case. While the buds are IPX7 rated, the case is not, and we wouldn't want to chance the case failing due to exposure to water or other moisture. Hope this helps and that you have a great day!
