    Sorry to jump in on this thread but I'm having the same issue with my (original) JayBird Run left bud. My issue appears to be that it won't charge properly in the case.  The right seems to charge fine.  I've reset the buds, and fully charged the case.  The left bud seems to start to charge (both left and right lights flash on the case) for around 20-30 seconds then go out.  The right bud seems to "complete" charging but the left has stopped and only every charges to around 10% or less and nothing I do seems to resolve it.  Appreciate any advice.

    Hi everyone - I'm having the same problem (a left bud that stopped working). I've tried factory resetting to fix the problem and it didn't work. I've had my Run XT earbuds for less than a year. Is it possible to get a replacement for the left bud?

    Hello, what has anyone done to fix the left bud? I purchased yesterday and doesn’t work? When bud is in case green light flashes for 10 secs then stops.

    Hello. My left ear bud wouldn’t stay connected. I had to contact customer support and they sent me a brand new pair. Unfortunately it wasn’t the same color, but hey. A new pair is a new pair. I haven’t had any problems with these ones. Hope that helps
