Low volume both earbuds

    The fit of your Jaybird Vista earbuds can also significantly impact the volume level and sound quality. Check out the ‘Find Your Fit’ section in the Jaybird App for assisted fit.

    On some Android devices the Bluetooth volume and media volume are not linked. Please check the volume level on your Jaybird Vista earbuds as well as on your audio device and ensure the volume is not turned all the way up or down.

    This happened to me after one of the firmware updates. What had happened was the audio on the earbuds was not synced with the phone volume (so you could have the phone media volume on max but the earbud volume was not on max) so it sounded low. You can sync up the volume so that max on your phone also means max on your buds. I think this link has good instructions, hope it helps
