EQ sound presets make no difference

    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Can you try and uninstall and re-install the Jaybird App? You can also check your phone's equalizer settings.

    Another thing we can try is to connect the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS. Please note that the presets are saved in the buds.
